Brady Dugger

Brady Dugger is a lifelong citizen and contributor to the community. A 2001 graduate of Civic Memorial High School, he attended Lincoln College and Southwestern Illinois College studying construction management. He was the Bethalto Boys & Girls Club Youth of the year in 2001. Brady and his wife Tiffany have three children, Ellie, Evan, and Brenna. Brady is a member of the Association of Pool & Spa Professionals and construction manager for Dugger Swimming Pools, his family-owned, Bethalto-based business operating for more than 50 years. Brady is also a member of the Knights of Columbus.

Rachel Sontag

Rachel (Moran) Sontag is a lifelong resident here in Bethalto.  She is a 1994 graduate of Civic Memorial High School, and received an Associate of Science degree in Computer Aided Drafting.  Rachel and her husband, Tom, have been married for over 25 years and have two children, Hayden and Hannah; they attend New Hope Church in Edwardsville.  Rachel was employed by the Bethalto School District from 2008 to 2018 and then moved on to be an Administrator/Project Assistant for GRP/Wegman for five years.  She is now at J&S Industrial Services.  Rachel is entering this position with a passion to help, an open mind, and a willingness to learn.  She is always here to listen to any concern or compliment for the Village, and is proud to serve her hometown.

Maria Perkhiser

Maria (Bickmore) Perkhiser is a lifelong Bethalto resident, employed at Winchester Ammunition for 25+ years in the Sales & Marketing Department.  She received an Associate in Applied Science degree from Lewis & Clark Community College.  She has supported many non-profit organizations in the community including Hospice of Southern Illinois-One Heavenly Evening, event coordinator, Girl Scouts of Southern Illinois-Capital Campaign, Team Coordinator, Metro East JDRF Golf Tournament-Board Member, Bethalto Community Day Care-Board Member and Gatekeepers of Bethalto and Madison County-Secretary and is an active member of the Bethalto United Methodist Church.  Maria and her husband Nat have a married son and two grandchildren.

Tim Tweedy

Tim Tweedy is retired, after 33 years, from Labor Local 338 where he served two terms as Executive Board Member. Tim and his wife, Cindy, a lifelong resident of Bethalto, have been married for 33 years and have three daughters: Amie, Ashley, and Addison. Tim is a Reserve Deputy Coroner for Madison County and is an active member of Zion Lutheran Church and Bethalto Kiwanis. Tim hopes to serve the citizens of Bethalto to the best of his abilities and is always open to listen to their concerns.

Terri Keister

Terri Keister graduated from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville with both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science degree from the School of Business, specializing in Management Information Systems. Terri retired in 2013 after 20+ years of service as an instructor in the SIUE School of Business Computer Management and Information Systems department. Prior to returning to SIUE to teach, Terri worked at Barnes Hospital Management Information Systems department as the Manager of End User Computing.

Terri and her husband Brian have been married for 45 years. Brian has been a financial advisor since 1988 and is the owner of Brian E. Keister & Associates, rebranded as KCH Financial in 2017. KCH Financial has three advisors, two full-time and one part-time assistant, and nearly 500 clients. Terri has worked with Brian to help build the practice since the beginning.

Terri has been a member of Zion Lutheran Church for 23 years and has held several leadership positions for over 17 years. She also serves as Secretary for the Bethalto Chamber of Commerce, incorporated in 2021. Terri and Brian have three happily married children who attended Zion Lutheran School and Bethalto public schools and are all graduates of SIUE.

Jeff Mull

Jeff Mull is a lifelong Bethalto resident, having graduated from Civic Memorial High School in 1986. Jeff and his wife, Connie, have five children and four grandchildren. Mull is very active in the community and is an avid supporter of the Bethalto Boys & Girls Club.
