EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT

Village officials work closely with the Madison County Emergency Management Department to ensure public safety in times of disaster. The village also maintains a tornado warning siren system which is deployed in the event that the village is in the imminent path of an approaching tornado. The system is also tested at 10 a.m. on the first Tuesday of each month.
