THIS CERTIFIES that application has been duly made and a Garage/Yard Sale Permit is hereby granted pursuant to Ordinance No. 2000-7 of the Village of Bethalto as follows:
Once submitted, applicant can consider permit approved unless you are notified otherwise by the Village. The person accepting this Permit shall in every respect conform to the requirements of all laws of the Village of Bethalto pertaining thereto. Such sales shall be limited to not more than twice per calendar year for a duration not exceeding two days for each occurrence. All signs displayed for such sales shall be removed within 12 hours of the close of the sale.
